Live from Jerusalem: Passover recipes from an award-winning chef

Home cooks: Is the Passover menu stumping you? Forget "next year in Jerusalem"—maybe Jerusalem can offer you some help this year. The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel, that is. On Tuesday, March 24, Nir Elkayam, the hotel's award-winning executive chef, will host a first-of-its-kind online Passover cooking broadcast in which viewers can not only tune in, but also ask the chef questions through a live chat.

"Some of the special creations that Elkayam will share recipes and techniques for include an adaptation of the American-style corned beef sandwich, which uses a kosher for Passover 'flatbread' and green and red salsa options instead of classic mustard," a press release said. "An original line-up also includes an array of eccentric knaidlach (matza ball) soup selections that will completely change opinions of the traditionally bland dish, with fired onion and parsley, Moroccan spicy, and sweet chocolate soup choices."
