Israel’s Ministry of Defense and the Israel Defense Forces welcomed the arrival of an additional cargo plane at Ramon Airport near Eilat in southern Israel on Friday morning.

The cargo consisted of a comprehensive array of military supplies, including military ambulances, medical equipment for IDF use and various other resources aimed at enhancing readiness capabilities for the war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, officially called “Operation Swords of Iron.”

It is the 45th aircraft to have landed in Israel as part of a coordinated initiative led by the Israel Defense Ministry and the IDF.

Roughly 1,000 tons of weaponry has been brought to Israel so far, encompassing a diverse range of armaments designed to bolster an IDF offensive that includes an expected ground invasion of Gaza.
