It reportedly consisted of an attached flier that included a link to the Nation of Islam’s book “Jews Selling Blacks.” Recipients were urged to print and distribute “a few hundred or thousand” copies of them.
“I hope and pray that from this room, the message will go out to every country on earth that the leaders of the world will stand united in the fight against racism, anti-Semitism and extremism, in defending democracy and democratic values. This is the call of our time,” said Israel’s President Reuven Rivlin.
Some 70 percent of French Jews say they have been victims of at least one anti-Semitic incident in their lifetime, with 10 percent reporting they have been attacked several times.

“May the anniversary of the unspeakable cruelty that humanity learned of 75 years ago serve as a summons to pause, be still and to remember,” he stated. “We need to do this lest we become indifferent.”
Critics say the pendulum has swung too wide, and individuals are being released despite posing a danger to others, including some who have been accused of committing anti-Semitic crimes.
Officers said he used orange paint to draw a swastika on the front steps of the temple and “F U Black Shirt” on the doors of the synagogue.
A supplemental $1 million allocation will also be given for the state’s Nonprofit Security Grant Pilot Program, which provides funds for nonprofits most at risk for potential terror attacks.
“We’re committed to help the 80,000 or so survivors of the Holocaust who live in the United States achieve a measure of justice … when it comes to the material losses suffered during the Holocaust,” said Cherrie Daniels, the Special Envoy for Holocaust Issues.
In testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee, ADL’s Jonathan Greenblatt says more needs to be done to curb online hate.
The pledges include a promise to resolve outstanding cases of alleged anti-Semitism and to make sure the party’s disciplinary process is independent to avoid “the risk of partisanship and factionalism.”
