IDF arrests two Palestinians suspected of Judea car-ramming

Two Israeli soldiers were lightly and moderately wounded in the attack in the Al-Khader area.

Two Palestinian suspects who fled the scene of Monday’s car-ramming attack in Judea surrendered to security forces following a manhunt, the Israel Defense Forces updated on Tuesday morning.

They were apprehended and transferred to the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) for further questioning.

Two Israeli soldiers were lightly and moderately injured in the terrorist incident at a military checkpoint near Bethlehem on Monday evening, according to the IDF. They were transferred to a hospital to receive medical treatment and their families were notified.

The IDF confirmed on X on Monday that “during IDF operations in the Al-Khader area of ​​the Etzion Brigade, a Palestinian vehicle broke through a roadblock and carried out a car-ramming attack. The vehicle fled, many forces are conducting a chase and searches in the area.”
