Terrorists in the Palestinian village of Ya’bad in northern Samaria shot at an adjacent Israeli military post on Saturday night.

Israel Defense Forces soldiers returned fire, the army said.

No injuries or damage were reported.

Following a search of the area, shell casings were found next to a mosque in the town, which is located near the Israeli community of Mevo Dotan and 12 miles west of Jenin. IDF soldiers were pursuing the suspects.
