(January 3, 2020 / JNS) An African-American suspect who yelled anti-Semitic slurs at a 22-year-old Jewish man in Brooklyn, N.Y., before shoving him to the ground when he tried to film the assault is being held on $10,000 bond.
Jasmine Lucas, 24, was charged in Brooklyn criminal court on Thursday with second-degree robbery as a hate crime and second-degree assault, along with other counts.
In the attack, which she reportedly conducted with another woman, she shouted “F***k you Jew” and “I will kill you Jews” at the Chassidic victim.
The victim sustained minor injuries from being hit in the face with a cell phone.
The incident was at least the 12th reported anti-Semitic attack in New York in the past week.

JNS is more than just another news website and syndication service.
