Supreme Court declines to hear Arkansas boycott case
A federal appeals court ruled that the state did not violate the Constitution by requiring contractors to agree not to boycott Israel.

Appeals court rules Arkansas anti-BDS law does not violate First Amendment
Marc Stern, chief legal officer for the American Jewish Committee, said “this was the first appellate test of laws that combat the BDS movement, whose primary aim is to eliminate the State of Israel. As the court noted, Arkansas has broad power to regulate economic activity, and taking a position on a boycott does not inhibit free speech.”

Pro-Israel groups submit amicus briefs to uphold Texas anti-BDS law
The law was narrowed in May as Gov. Greg Abbott signed an updated version of it, exempting individuals and smaller companies, specifically those with less than 10 full-time employees or valued under $100,000.
