(November 3, 2021, JNS Wire) The Council for a Secure America and its Co-Chairs, Harold Hamm, founder of Continental Resources Inc. and Fred Zeidman, Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, are delighted to announce the appointment of former Secretary of State and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, the Honorable Mike Pompeo to the CSA Advisory Board.
The Council for a Secure America (“CSA”), was founded on the premise that American energy independence through the production of liquid fuels serves as the underpinning for U.S. security. U.S. energy independence, and our strategic alliance with Israel, strengthen America’s mutual security with Israel and global standing. In recent months, CSA has expanded its efforts to champion the ideals of the Abraham Accords and its critical impact on geopolitical security and synergizing global trade following the American energy renaissance.
Secretary Pompeo embodies the entire mandate of CSA and there is no greater champion of American national security, a strong U.S. energy policy, and the U.S.-Israel relationship. Secretary Pompeo is one of the central architects of the Abraham Accords and we can think of no greater addition to our organization as we embark on this new chapter.
“I’m honored to join the advisory board of The Council for a Secure America, and look forward to working with CSA to advance American energy independence and security,” said Secretary Pompeo. “CSA understands that standing firm with our long-time ally, Israel, is both morally right and essential for our national security.”
