Jewish National Fund-USA’s Global Conference for Israel is set to welcome more than 2,500 attendees for a summit of solidarity and inspiration from Nov. 14-17 in Dallas. The sold-out gathering will bring together high school and college students, young professionals and philanthropists from America and around the world for a program featuring thought leaders, engaging panels and transformative conversations.
Eric L. Johnson, the mayor of Dallas, lauded the upcoming event: “I am proud to welcome the attendees of the 2024 Jewish National Fund-USA Global Conference for Israel. The City of Dallas is continually shaped by the compassion of our Jewish community and how it embraces people worldwide, and we a proud of the special bond we share with Israel.”
The program features a distinguished lineup, including actor and comedian Michael Rapaport; emeritus rabbi of Sinai Temple David Wolpe; Yosef Hadad, CEO of Together Vouch for Each Other; Col. Richard Kemp, former commander of British Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan; social-media influencer Emily Austin; Jewish News Syndicate editor-in-chief Jonathan Tobin; and many others.
Michael Miller, the national chair of this year’s conference, shared his enthusiasm. “The incredible turnout sends a clear message that Americans stand with the land and people of Israel,” he said. “Despite the darkness, we remain committed to being the light and instilling hope in our ancient homeland.”
Guided by themes of unity, solidarity and community, the conference will include discussions on Israel’s security, technology and culture, as well as forums highlighting the critical role that individuals and organizations play in building a brighter future for the land and people of Israel.
Jewish National Fund-USA recently announced a record-high campaign result: raising $200 million to support the land and people of Israel as it works to rebuild and rehabilitate the country’s north and south in the wake of more than a year of war.
