Iran has accessed $10b it received under sanctions waiver, US official

The acknowledgement from Elizabeth Rosenberg, an assistant treasury secretary, that Iran had made two “transactions” for humanitarian purposes from an account in Oman, appeared to be the first acknowledgment by the Biden administration that Iran has spent such released funds.
