As Hamas continued to lob rockets on Israeli population centers in southern Israel on Tuesday morning, IDF spokesperson Brig.-Gen. Ronen Manelis said the IDF will begin a call-up of reserve soldiers.
The death is the first reported fatality in Israel since the barrage began.
The launch set off a wave of missile-warning sirens in communities in southern Israel, and tanks fired at two Hamas positions in Gaza.
