The department’s Office for Civil Rights is probing the Pennsylvania school over alleged violations of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
Incidents include everything from peer-to-peer and faculty misconduct to overt threats of violence and physical assault.
“We are being targeted in our neighborhoods, synagogues, schools and our places of work,” said Seattle resident Jason Okrent.
