The attacker, a 29-year-old man identified via an ID card found on his person, was reportedly a U.S. permanent resident born in Morocco.

“I didn’t think I’d return, I was certain that I’d die in Gaza.”
The announcement came hours after one IDF soldier was killed and four others were injured, one seriously, by a roadside bomb in Samaria.
The officer reportedly opened fire after an argument broke out between him and a group of masked Jews.
