Roman Abramovich donates to combat climate-change effects in Negev Desert
A new forest will be established in southern Israel to help combat the area’s rising desertification, established in the memory of Lithuania’s Jews who perished in the Holocaust.
At the Nefesh B’Nefesh “Mega Event” in New Jersey, Keren Kayemet LeIsrael/Jewish National Fund chair Daniel Atar said “there is no reason why Jews from France and Belgium should move to Canada and not to Israel. If Israel worked enough, everyone would come to it.”

Day in nature for those with varied disabilities in Israel
In honor of “International Day of Persons with Disabilities” on Dec. 3, more than 1,000 people took part in interactive and diverse activities that took place throughout Israel.
The organization will hold informational fairs in major American cities, including Boca Raton, Miami, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Chicago, to empower potential immigrants to get ahead in their planning process.
