The online giant currently sells shirts that are emblazoned with the phrase “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” which calls for the forced removal of Jews from their homeland and for the destruction of the world’s only Jewish state.

“It’s clear that German culture and society is still coming to terms with the Jewish component of their history. And while the politics have moved forward, we still see many take deep fallback positions when talking about the Jewish community,” said Joel Rubin, executive director of the American Jewish Congress and a former U.S. State Department official.

“Because of this loophole, Hamas flags can be flown, its ideology can be promoted, funds can be raised, material can be disseminated, and its representatives can operate in the U.K.,” said the organization.

Alison Chabloz, 57, is expected to serve nine weeks in prison for violating the country’s communications act after she promoted anti-Semitic rhetoric in two interviews she did with far-right online sites.

“Many Jews have succeeded in reaching high political office, therefore don’t need to be seen as a group needing recognition in the same way as others,” said Jo Coburn, the host of “Politics Live.”

It will evaluate the party’s handling of multiple acts of anti-Semitic discrimination and victimization detailed in dossiers since July 2018.
