Israelis shaken by minor earthquakes
A quake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck Israel from the northern Kinneret (Sea of Galilee), about 6 miles northeast of Tiberias.
The plan will include the expansion of pipelines for use in agriculture, and is intended to help Israel to rehabilitate dried-up rivers.
