The “Plan for Victory” calls for dividing the Gaza Strip into sections, the northernmost of which will remain destroyed.
The trip comes after Netanyahu rejected Hamas’s demands as “surrender.”

The Hamas leader abroad rejected the possibility of a two-state solution and called for the destruction of Israel.
In exchange for freeing the hostages, Hamas demands an end to the war and the release of terrorists captured on Oct. 7.
According to the Palestinian Authority, the Strip is home to approximately two million Palestinians.
“This is a pro-Hamas rally,” a counter-demonstrator said.
The deal is meant to keep the money out of Hamas’s hands while also reducing U.S. pressure on Jerusalem.
The terrorist group also wants a complete IDF withdrawal from Gaza and guarantees it will continue to rule the Strip.
Some 20 captives were held in the tunnel, which the IDF destroyed • IDF has killed 20% to 30% of Hamas forces in Gaza, according to U.S. estimates.
