The program offers counseling, childcare assistance, training and employment opportunities, and community-building activities for spouses of officers from major through brigadier general. According to Zamir, the effort recognizes that “the mission is not only for those in uniform” and seeks to support those who bear the burden of maintaining stability at home.
The IDF said the project, run jointly by the Manpower and Technology and Logistics directorates, is designed to reinforce family and national resilience while maintaining operational readiness.
