If judicial reform continues to be pushed forward in the Knesset, it will likely exacerbate the problem, General Staff officers say.
The proposed legislation would allow for Shas Party leader Aryeh Deri to return to his roles as interior and health minister.

The national security minister decries an order barring him from police operations.
