The Lawfare Project’s (LP) Senior Counsel Gerard Filitti issued the following statement after Saadah Masoud received 18 months of incarceration and three years of suspended release for his conviction of conspiracy to commit hate crime attacks, including against LP client Matt Greenman:

“We are grateful that justice was served and thankful for the work of the Justice Department and the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, but there is much more work to do. We call for a thorough investigation that brings Masoud’s co-conspirators to justice and exposes the full extent of this conspiracy.”

Brooke Goldstein, founder and executive director of The Lawfare Project, added that “the Jewish community is under constant threat with the rise of antisemitic attacks across the country and in New York City. Prosecutors must be proactive and vigorously prosecute hate crime cases to the fullest extent of the law. Cutting deals with violent Jew-haters, just like how Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would like to do, gives the impression that it’s open season on New York City’s Jews.”

ABOUT THE LAWFARE PROJECT:

The Lawfare Project is a nonprofit legal think tank based in New York City that mobilizes public officials, media, jurists and legal experts to counter the international lawfare phenomenon: the abuse of the law as a weapon of war against Western democracy. Through its Legal Fund, the LP facilitates and finances offensive and defensive counter-lawfare actions regarding pressing issues that include, among others: fighting terror-front organizations operating in the United States and Canada; bigoted and unlawful international commercial discrimination based on ethnicity and national origin; and the perversion and misapplication of international and national human-rights law against the United States and other democracies.
The New York City mayor said that the accused attacker is an alleged member of a right-wing, violent Jewish group.
“I stood on a chair at the kitchen table, watching mom and Bubbe grate the apples for the charoset, and I would sneak little bits of fruit,” says a daughter who has since become a mother.
The U.S. vice president said the administration is seeking legal remedies and alleged that the anti-Israel congresswoman is “at the center” of fraud in the Somali community.
“As online hatred, harassment and vitriol become an increasingly pervasive part of the Jewish experience, we need scalable, effective solutions,” said Tal-Or Cohen Montemayor of CyberWell.
“We will terminate every diversity, equity and inclusion program across the entire federal government,” the U.S. president stated.
Matti Leshem, the show’s Jewish creator, told JNS that the Israeli actor playing Jesus “seems like he’d be at home in first-century Judea.”
