Authorities reported that the attacker repeatedly punched a 54-year-old man while making anti-Jewish statements and forcibly removed the victim’s yarmulke before fleeing.
“Until the Department of Education or Congress holds these school leaders accountable, we’re going to keep dealing with this festering problem,” Stu Smith, of the Manhattan Institute, told JNS.
“We value free speech and expression, but also must continue to be a campus community where dangerous, unlawful actions are not tolerated,” a university spokesperson told JNS.
“Many people like me fled Iran to have a better life, but always our hearts and minds remain in Iran,” Homeira Bakhtiari told JNS.
The statement “fails to appreciate, support and express gratitude for the brilliant, necessary joint U.S.-Israeli actions against the Iranian regime,” Morton Klein told JNS.
“There’s cross-affiliation across leadership and partner groups in this coalition, which helps drive coordination on messaging, turnout and tactics from city to city,” Stu Smith, of the Manhattan Institute, told JNS.
