Seoul is purchasing two Green Pine radar arrays made by ELTA Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of the state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries. The deal is worth $292 million, according to South Korean officials.
“I commend U.S. President Donald Trump on the historic summit in Singapore. This is an important step in the effort to rid the Korean peninsula of nuclear weapons,” the Israeli prime minister said in a statement.
