“These kinds of violent threats have absolutely no place in our political system,” the Jewish senator said.
“This is the accountability boost universities need to guard against foreign influence and protect U.S. research,” said Craig Singleton, of FDD.
“I think that there is a good chance that we can make a deal,” U.S. President Donald Trump said.
“New laws would be helpful to prevent a future Joe Biden from making a mockery of our sovereignty and reopening our borders,” the bill’s sponsor said.
