AIPAC PAC release first slate of endorsements
“We support pro-Israel Democratic and Republican members of Congress and congressional candidates to secure the future of the U.S.-Israel relationship,” AIPAC said on Twitter.
AIPAC spokesman Marshall Wittmann told JNS that the American Israel Education Foundation’s trips to Israel “provide members of Congress from both parties with valuable information about the importance of the U.S.-Israel relationship through firsthand experiences.”
If negotiators don’t come to an agreement, America’s European allies will have seen that there was an effort to get Iran back in compliance with the JCPOA and the international order, that Iran did not comply, and that sanctions must be implemented.
The USIEA isn’t as well-known as AIPAC and the alphabet soup of Israel-supporting entities in America, but it has a history of punching above its weight.
