Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement hailing the announcement as a “historic visit, the first of its kind,” and said the prince would be “welcomed here with great affection.”
Kensington Palace announced that Prince William will visit Israel and Jordan, as well as the Palestinians as part of an official tour this summer.
