The ruling is the result of a lawsuit initiated by Rabbi Leo Dee targeting Ramallah’s “pay for slay” financial reward system for terrorists and their families.
Aziz Salha, among those who murdered Israeli reservists Vadim Norzhic and Yosef Avrahami, was released as part of the 2011 Gilad Shalit exchange deal.
The closure order charged the Qatari channel with incitement to and support of terrorism.

In addition to prime minister Mohammad Mustafa, the cabinet will include 22 other ministers, most of them new faces.
Oslo said more unfrozen funds will be paid to Ramallah in the coming days.
