The latest (fake) Trump-Netanyahu rift

WATCH: “Israel Undiplomatic” with Mark Regev and Ruthie Blum, Ep. 57

Ignore the naysayers, we’re here to clear the air: Is Trump turning on Israel, or is the U.S.-Israel alliance stronger than ever?

In this week’s episode of “Israel Undiplomatic,” senior JNS contributing editor Ruthie Blum and former Israeli ambassador to the United Kingdom Mark Regev—both former advisers at the Prime Minister’s Office—take a sharp look at the evolving dynamic between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump.

While critics have predicted an inevitable showdown between the two longtime allies, this episode challenges that narrative. Regev and Blum break down the latest developments in U.S.-Israel relations, examining whether tensions are real or media-driven and highlighting the strategic alignment that still defines this important alliance.

The conversation doesn’t stop there. The hosts turn their attention to the war in Gaza, asking the uncomfortable but necessary question: Is Israel winning? With the Israel Defense Forces fighting a brutal war against terrorists and under increasing international scrutiny, the hosts analyze battlefield momentum, diplomatic pressure and how media framing is shaping global perceptions of the conflict.

This candid and informed discussion offers a rare combination of insider political analysis and strategic clarity. Whether you’re following the rift narratives or concerned about Israel’s security and diplomatic standing, watch this episode for honest, experienced perspectives on one of the world’s most complex geopolitical relationships.
