“I need all of my supporters in the Orthodox community in Lakewood and its surrounding towns to vote in huge numbers for Jack Ciattarelli,” the U.S. president wrote.

U.S. President Donald Trump has issued dozens of endorsements in congressional races over the past 24 hours ahead of Tuesday’s elections.

“If communist candidate Zohran Mamdani wins the election for mayor of New York City, it is highly unlikely that I will be contributing federal funds, other than the very minimum as required, to my beloved first home,” the U.S. president said of the state representative and Democratic nominee and frontrunner, who has a history of anti-Israel statements.

“As a communist, this once great city has zero chance of success, or even survival,” Trump stated. “It can only get worse with a communist at the helm, and I don’t want to send, as president, good money after bad.” Trump added that a vote for the Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa, the Guardian Angels founder “who looks much better without the beret, is a vote for Mamdani.”

“Whether you personally like Andrew Cuomo or not, you really have no choice,” Trump said of the former governor, who is running as an independent after losing the Democratic primary to Mamdani. “You must vote for him, and hope he does a fantastic job. He is capable of it. Mamdani is not.”

Trump added in a Tuesday morning post that “any Jewish person that votes for Zohran Mamdani, a proven and self-professed Jew-hater, is a stupid person!”

Trump also endorsed Reps. Max Miller (R-Ohio) and David Kustoff (R-Tenn.), both of whom are Jewish, and said that Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), who has been critical of Israel, is “third rate,” “weak and pathetic” and a “Republican in name only,” who “must be thrown out of office as soon as possible.”

On Sunday, Trump urged the Orthodox Jewish community in Lakewood, N.J., to vote for Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican candidate for governor of New Jersey, noting the area was one of the “biggest wins anywhere in the country” in his 2024 presidential campaign.

“I need all of my supporters in the Orthodox community in Lakewood and its surrounding towns to vote in huge numbers for Jack Ciattarelli,” Trump stated. “Jack will be a great governor, and has my complete and total endorsement. He will never let you down.”

Trump added that the gubernatorial candidate needs “every single vote in the community, including all the yeshiva students who turned out to vote for me last year.”

“Your votes in this election will save New Jersey, a state that is near and dear to my heart,” he stated.

Scott Presler, a founder of the voter-registration group Early Vote Action, has been “trying to boost turnout in heavily Republican districts and Democrat strongholds alike” in New Jersey, the Daily Wire reported.

“Lakewood is going to come out strong,” Presler wrote after visiting multiple polling sites in New Jersey on Sunday.

“A massive long line of members of the Jewish community are voting in Lakewood, N.J.,” he wrote in a separate post. “This is exactly what Jack Ciattarelli needs in order to win.”

The New Jersey Globe reported on Oct. 25 that the Lakewood Vaad, an influential coalition of Orthodox rabbis in the township and surrounding communities, endorsed Ciattarelli.

Ciattarelli wrote on Oct. 20 that his support for the Jewish community and Israel is “unwavering.”

“New Jersey’s Jewish community doesn’t need lectures from Mamdani supporters like you, who didn’t even have the moral courage to stand with Israel,” he wrote of his Democratic opponent, Rep. Mikie Sherrill (D-N.J.).

RealClearPolitics polling has Sherrill up by 3.3 points at 48.9%, with Ciattarelli behind at 45.6% and looking to close the gap.

Witness statements allege that Jewish students were singled out, monitored and blocked from entering the event, with some attendees reporting antisemitic remarks heard while waiting in line.
“His venom for Jews is part of the sickening rise in antisemitism and attacks against believers,” prosecutors said.
U.S. President Donald Trump said that the naval blockade of Iranian ports will remain in force despite the announcement from Iran.
Four senators wrote to the U.S. Secretary of State that Liran Tancman has a “failed record of privatizing traditional humanitarian functions.”
The legislation would make sure that those who “exploit America’s generosity” can’t “hide behind the citizenship we gave them,” said Rep. Riley Moore, of West Virginia.
Danny Danon, the Israeli envoy to the global body, called the Iranian blockade of the strait “economic terrorism.”
