Five of those charged with killing 56-year-old Yigal Yehoshua are Arab Israelis; the other two are Palestinians.
Six of the suspects are Arab Israelis, two are Palestinian residents of Judea and Samaria; seven face indictment for aggravated murder.
Yigal Yehoshua died after being struck in the head with a brick during Arab riots in the city. One of his kidneys went to a Christian Arab woman and other organs to three Israelis.
