Melanie Phillips, a British journalist, broadcaster and author, writes a weekly column for JNS. Currently a columnist for The Times of London, her new book, Fighting the Hate: A Handbook for Jews Under Siege, has just been published by Wicked Son. The full-scale unraveling of Western cultural norms
Israel is falsely accused of crimes such as murderous aggression, colonialism and occupation of which it is not only innocent, but is in fact the victim or target. Those who call out such lies are themselves denounced as being beyond the pale for doing so.

The blood of slain Israelis stains many hands
