While touring with the Israel Defense Forces’ Northern Command in April, Defense Minister Benny Gantz warned Hezbollah that it will suffer “heavy consequences” if it takes any action.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the United Kingdom “is deeply concerned by the growing violence and civilian casualties, and we want to see an urgent de-escalation of tensions.”

Participants express support for Hamas and call for the residents of the Gaza Strip to “stand strong.”
“We are here for Israel’s right to defend itself. We are here to say no to terror. We will stand united in support of Israel,” declared Guy Bachar, chairman of the Israeli-American Council.
“We’ve had three wars and so many escalations using weapons and bombs, and we aren’t in any place different than we were in 2008. Has anything changed? Maybe it’s time to do something different,” said Adele Raemer, a school teacher and resident of Kibbutz Nirim.

“Amid nuclear negotiations that will soon yield the Islamic Republic a massive windfall, the Biden administration is on the cusp of indirectly providing Hamas with the cash it needs to replenish its rocket supplies,” said Jonathan Schanzer of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
