“I am deeply saddened at the virulent hate that continues to grow on campus and throughout our country,” the Jewish philanthropist said.
Mayor Ruthanne Fuller has called for the city to “stand together to condemn antisemitism, and acts of hate and violence against anyone.”
“I explain that the Jews have long battled discrimination but never saw themselves as victims,” said Robbie Stokes Jr., founder of the I Talk to Strangers Foundation.

The organization’s founder, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, also sponsored a “Teen Act-athon” to help develop social-media campaigns that counter hate.
