NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani condemned the incident, calling it “another horrific act of antisemitism on our streets.”
“This is a green light for capital flight,” the founder of Cardiff, told JNS.
Among the group’s demands of Mamdani, one of its members, is to “arrest Netanyahu and active IDF soldiers for war crimes,” per the documents.

Socialism and communism “are quickly coming to a town near you, unless you let your voice of common sense be heard,” Mike Johnson said.
“The city with the United States’ largest Jewish population will now be led by a man whose record and rhetoric reflect hostility toward Israel and the Jewish people,” read the statement.
“We should aspire to much more than basic civility, and with the Almighty’s help and New Yorkers holding each other accountable, we will,” said executive vice president Rabbi Josh Joseph.
“You let the chips fall where they may,” New York voter Jay Etzel told JNS at Sliwa’s Election Night watch party. “But at least you had the hero ready. Heroes don’t back out.”
Sources told the “New York Post” that Robert Tucker will return to running a security firm.
“We expect the mayor of the city with the largest Jewish population in the world to stand unequivocally against antisemitism in all its varied forms,” the nonprofit said.
Leaders across party lines denounce the new mayor, calling the Democratic Socialist an extremist and warning of consequences.
“When the final numbers are in, we expect record Jewish voter turnout,” Sydney Altfield, of Teach Coalition, told JNS.
