Adin Steinsaltz
Eulogizing internationally acclaimed Talmud scholar Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz, the Israeli prime minister says, “His important works will stand for generations at the foundation of Jewish heritage as an eternal flame in his memory.”
A prolific author, he wrote as many as 60 books on an array of topics, including commentaries on the Talmud, the Torah, Jewish mysticism, Chassidism and Jewish philosophy.
Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz has authored more than 60 books and hundreds of articles on Jewish mysticism, religious thought and philosophy.
