“The views of Hamas and the violent extremist groups listed today are deeply disturbing, and there is no place in Australia for their hateful ideologies,” said Australian Home Affairs Minister Karen Andrews.

Praising the moves, Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Yair Lapid also noted that any distinction between separate arms of these terror organizations is “artificial.”
Israeli Foreign Ministry hails the move; Yair Lapid calls on European countries to “join this pressure” on the Lebanese terror group.
It made a similar recommendation regarding Hezbollah in June.
