Brian Hook

“We did sanctions today. There will be more sanctions coming,” U.S. special representative for Iran Brian Hook told reporters.
Following the Iranian seizure of a British oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, the United States is launching “Operation Sentinel,” a multinational effort to secure the vital waterway.
“There are right now no oil waivers in place,” stated U.S. Special Representative for Iran Brian Hook. “We will sanction any illicit purchases of Iranian crude oil.”
“The November waivers were designed to prevent a spike in oil prices, and it appears that there will be enough oil supply to satisfy demand this year,” said U.S. special representative for Iran Brian Hook.
“We would like to see the European Union [impose] sanctions that target Iran’s missile program,” said Brian Hook, senior policy adviser to the U.S. Secretary of State and special envoy for Iran.
“During this trip, Special Representative Brian Hook will engage our allies and partners on our shared need to counter the entirety of the Iranian regime’s destructive behavior in the Middle East, and in their own neighborhoods,” according to the State Department.
Special Representative for Iran Brian Hook said to reporters at U.N. headquarters: “Storing an atomic archive with an armed guard in the middle of Tehran does not look like you’ve given up your intent to achieve your status as a nuclear-weapons state.”
