Israeli security forces seized nearly $2 million (7 million shekels) in terror funds and arrested 30 wanted suspects during raids on currency exchange businesses and their owners across Judea and Samaria, the Israel Defense Forces announced on Wednesday.

Many of the targeted operations had previously been classified as illegal associations by IDF Central Command chief Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth and Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, according to the IDF.

Since Hamas’s Oct. 7, 2023, massacre, security forces have seized nearly $8.5 million (30 million shekels) in terror funds across Judea and Samaria, the statement added.

Earlier this month, the IDF announced that since the launch of “Operation Iron Wall” on Jan. 21, Israeli forces had killed more than 100 terrorists, arrested approximately 320 wanted suspects and seized around 450 weapons in Judea and Samaria.

Hundreds of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and pipe bombs had been dismantled, along with dozens of residences used as bomb-making labs and weapons storage sites, according to the military.

Over the past 20 months, Israeli forces have eliminated over 700 terrorists in Judea and Samaria, including 36 senior operatives from various terrorist organizations.
