U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Kelly Craft wrote that Israel “has no greater friend than the United States and the American people. Just as the sacred sites of Israel have endured, so, too, will our alliance.”
“We want to bring everyone on board in hopes that this will allow the Iranian citizens to see that people really want peace in the Middle East, and they are part of this peace,” says U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Kelly Craft.

“I’m stressing that Russia and China need to join a global consensus on Iran’s conduct. This is about the people—the people in the Middle East,” said U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Kelly Craft.
Israeli and American representatives at the United Nations believe that the unveiling of the long-awaited initiative will spark resistance within various U.N. bodies, specifically the Security Council.
“After decades of having the same meeting about the Middle East and criticizing Israel, I call upon this forum to change the dialogue,” says Craft during U.N. Security Council session on the Middle East.
“With her help, together we can continue to change the culture at the United Nations,” said Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon.
At her confirmation hearing last month, Craft, who served as an alternate delegate to the United Nations under U.S. President George W. Bush, vowed to fight the international body’s anti-Israel bias, in addition to calling out anti-Semitism.
Kelly Craft said “there’s no place” for the United Nations to establish a blacklist of businesses that work with or are in Israel, an effort by some to further the anti-Israel BDS movement.
Nikki Haley may be a tough act to follow, but those who know Kelly Craft say she works hard, doesn’t seek personal glory and has the president’s back.
“I have no doubt she will continue the strong positions Ambassador Nikki Haley took and look forward to working with her to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship,” said Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon.
“We hope she will continue in the path of Ambassador Nikki Haley as a strong supporter of Israel, calling out the bias against it within the U.N. system, and pointing to Iran as a major source of global instability,” said B’nai B’rith International CEO Daniel Mariaschin.
