A Palm Beach County employee driving a county building-services truck allegedly shouted “Heil Hitler” at a Jewish driver and made a Nazi salute, according to the nonprofit StopAntisemitism.
The alleged incident prompted Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla.) to call the conduct “repulsive” and say it “isn’t welcome in Palm Beach County or anywhere.”
“I’m sure Palm Beach County government is looking into this and if confirmed, he will no longer be working there,” Moskowitz stated.
StopAntisemitism called for an immediate investigation and accountability over the alleged encounter.
The allegation has not yet been independently confirmed, and additional details about the alleged encounter, including the identities of those involved, were not immediately available.
