A simultaneous rally will be held in London near the French embassy.
Lawyers representing the family of 65-year-old Sarah Halimi said they plan on referring the case to the European Court of Human Rights.
The head of France’s main judges’ union was “shocked” by his remarks, noting that even though French President Emmanuel Macron promises not to interfere in court rulings, “that’s exactly what he’s doing!”
“My sister was massacred,” said William Attal, one of Sarah Halimi’s brothers, over a microphone above the crowd in Paris.
