“Together, we will stand steadfast in the trying days ahead of us,” the Israeli prime minister said. “Together, we will fight, and together, we will win.”
“The forces of light in the world must unite and work together against the ayatollah’s dark regime, which is the source of terror and evil in our region,” said the Israeli prime minister.
The death of the terrorist leader, who led the Iranian-backed Shi’ite organization for the last 32 years, was marked by demonstrations and festivities in the region, including in bitterly divided sectarian Lebanon, in Syria and even in Iran itself.
In the past few weeks, the Israeli prime minister has demonstrated his rejection of the appeasement and defeatism of the Western world.
“We are in a war for our very existence. We will unite, go hand-in-hand and defeat our enemies. The people will arise like a lioness, and the Eternal One of Israel will not lie,” said the Israeli premier.
The gap between the right-religious coalition and the Lapid-Gantz center-left bloc stands at 61 to 49 seats.
“This move contributes to unity among us, and unity against our enemies,” said Netanyahu.
“Nasrallah was not just another terrorist, he was THE terrorist. He was the axis of the axes, the main engine of Iran’s axis of evil,” said the Israeli premier.
When a camera panned across Washington’s section during the Israeli prime minister’s United Nations General Assembly address, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, Robert Wood and other U.S. diplomats were nowhere to be seen.
“After I heard the lies and slanders leveled at my country by many of the speakers at this podium, I decided to come here and set the record straight. I decided to come here to speak for my people,” he said.
Israel’s prime minister chastises the United Nations, saying “enough is enough” of Hezbollah’s attacks on northern border cities and villages.
“Israel appreciates the U.S. efforts in this regard because the U.S. role is indispensable in advancing stability and security in the region,” said the Israeli premier.
