Eytan Stibbe, part of the first private mission to the International Space Station, carried everything from matzah to science experiments aboard.
During their historic mission, Stibbe and the three other members of the Ax-1 crew conducted experiments for more than 25 research projects with international partners, including the Ramon Foundation, the Mayo Clinic and the Montreal Children’s Hospital.
“During these difficult times on the ground, this project, the exciting launch and experience that the whole House of Israel is watching, is a point of light in the sky,” says Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
