Human Rights Watch echoed the allegation by Amnesty International in a document that alleges water deprivation.

The anti-Israel non-governmental organization Human Rights Watch released the investigation, titled “West Bank: Spike in Israeli Killings of Palestinian Children,” on Aug. 28.
A Foggy Bottom spokesman didn’t push back against the statement.
“Different leader, same antisemitic, Israel-obsessed, Jew-hating,” tweeted Arsen Ostrovsky, CEO of the International Legal Forum.
The Biden administration’s human-rights nominee Sarah Margon has been criticized for her lengthy record of anti-Israel activism and has cheered a New York Times oped that called for the destruction of the Jewish state.
The Kennedy School’s dean, Douglas Elmendorf, had reportedly nixed the position due to Roth’s anti-Israel bias.
“For the sake of academic freedom at Harvard and human rights globally, Dean Elmendorf must resign and Harvard Kennedy School administration must reverse this decision and reconsider Ken Roth,” letter says.

Key errors in the HRW report include false claims that Arabs in Israel are “hemmed in” with “density problems.”
“Our report is for legal professionals, academics, practitioners and government officials, but it is also for those who are looking for answers to the false and often malicious charges by NGO and U.N. Rapporteurs who grossly misrepresent the Arab-Israeli conflict, the legal basis for Israel as a Jewish state, and the nature of [its] democracy and legal system,” said Anne Herzberg of NGO Monitor.
Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid says new report calling Israel an “apartheid state” shows that Amnesty is “another radical organization that echoes propaganda with no serious examination. Instead of seeking facts, Amnesty quotes lies spread by terrorist organizations.”
