Iran

“The forces of light in the world must unite and work together against the ayatollah’s dark regime, which is the source of terror and evil in our region,” said the Israeli prime minister.
“Based on what we know now, the attack appears to have been defeated and ineffective,” the U.S. president said. “This is a testament to Israeli military capability and the U.S. military.”
“That is absolutely false,” the State Department spokesman said. “We had no kind of warning from the government of Iran that they were going to launch such an attack.”
“Our communities are in complete solidarity with the people of Israel and the IDF, as they work to defend themselves from these attacks, and we pray for their safety,” stated the Jewish Federations of North America.
“We are now going to look at what the appropriate next steps are to secure, first and foremost, American interests and then to promote stability,” the national security advisor said.
U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres also condemned the attacks against Israel but did not call out Iran by name.
“The world is on fire and spiraling out of control,” the former president said. “We have no leadership, no one running the country.”
“This is a moment of choosing for the free world regarding Iran,” Sen. Lindsey Graham stated. “I would urge the Biden Administration to coordinate an overwhelming response with Israel.”
He did so in light of a full-blown attack by Iran on Israel.
“A short while ago, missiles were launched from Iran towards the State of Israel,” the IDF stated on Tuesday night.
The former Iranian president said that a unit tasked with foiling Israeli intelligence was in fact riddled with Mossad agents.
The death of the terrorist leader, who led the Iranian-backed Shi’ite organization for the last 32 years, was marked by demonstrations and festivities in the region, including in bitterly divided sectarian Lebanon, in Syria and even in Iran itself.
