An investigation is underway after two men, both around 30 years old, were found dead with penetrating wounds in an apartment in Nahariya, northern Israel.

Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency medical service said that they received a report about the incident at 8:23 a.m. Medics declared the two victims dead at the scene and that they were shot to death.

The suspected motive is criminal, Ynet reported. The exact time of the murders is still unclear.

This is a developing story

“I think that the Israeli defense industry especially is very resilient, and I think they know how to adapt to the new situation,” Col. (Res.) Aviram Hasson told JNS.
“We are also committed to impacting elections beyond the House, and Senate races are expensive,” Patrick Dorton, spokesman for United Democracy Project, told JNS.
The New York City Police Department told JNS that it is still determining motive but is probing the incident as bias related.
