The State Attorney’s Office on Monday indicted three Israelis, one 18 years of age and the other two minors, in a series of attacks against Arabs and their property in Samaria in August.

The adult was identified as Yosef Bar Tal from Bat Yam, a city south of Tel Aviv. The other two are residents of Elon Moreh in Samaria and Hebron in Judea.

According to the indictment submitted to the Central District Court, the defendants acted out of nationalistic and ideological motives, Kan News reported.

Again according to the indictment, the defendants attacked three Arab vehicles on roads near the villages of Burin and Awarta, both near Nablus (Shechem).

They allegedly used clubs, iron rods and stones, damaging the vehicles and injuring at least one driver.

The three are also accused of endangering the lives of IDF soldiers when they tried to escape.

They are accused of conspiracy to commit an act of terrorism, willful damage to a vehicle in an act of terrorism, and injury in aggravated circumstances. Security forces requested that they be held until the end of legal proceedings.

The joint investigation was conducted by the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and the Israel Police.

Also on Monday, on the recommendation of the Shin Bet, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant signed his fifth arrest warrant against a Jewish resident of Judea and Samaria in about a month.

The 19-year-old resident of Samaria was arrested by police while demonstrating in solidarity with Jewish administrative detainees outside Rimonim Prison in Tel Mond, east of Netanya.

Attorney Daniel Shimshilashvili, representing the detainee on behalf of the legal rights group Honenu, said, “Unfortunately, another settler is thrown without trial into the basements of the detention center in the name of the same false security concept that believes that the arrest of Jews will reduce Arab terrorism.”

“The Democratic Party has changed,” David Wecht said. “Hateful anti-Jewish invective and actions are minimized, ignored and even coddled.”
The opinion piece, written by columnist Nicholas Kristof, parroted “cartoonishly evil Hamas propaganda that would make Goebbels blush,” Eitan Fischberger, a Middle East analyst, stated.
The state initially said that it is giving its 2025 Montana Exporter of the Year Award to a company that exports "$5.4 million worth of products to Canada, Egypt, European Union, Japan, Kuwait, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.”

The department “will continue to deprive the regime of funding for its weapons programs, terrorist proxies and nuclear ambitions,” the U.S. treasury secretary said.
“This is yet another hateful incident meant to intimidate Jewish New Yorkers and divide our city,” New York City officials stated after swastikas were discovered in Highland Park and Forest Park.
