New York City Educators for Palestine wrote “it is vital that we continue to show our support for a free Palestine—and the more of us who can actively show our solidarity, the better protected we will all be from attacks by employers and union bosses.”

If enacted, it would require the U.S. Department of Education to adopt the U.S. State Department’s definition of anti-Semitism in evaluating incidents on college campuses and at other educational institutions.
According to Reps. Zeldin and Lamborn, Palestinian official Issa Karake is directly responsible for the department that facilitates financial remuneration and other support for Palestinian terrorists.
