Douglas Murray, journalist, bestselling author and one of the most outspoken defenders of the land and people of Israel, will headline the Global Conference for Israel, hosted by Jewish National Fund-USA, from Oct. 23-26, at The Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Fla. He will be among more than 2,500 passionate supporters gathering for one of the largest and most influential Zionist events in the world.

Murray, whose books and commentary have become rallying points for those confronting antisemitism, extremism and moral relativism, will bring his trademark intellect, clarity and courage to the Global Conference for Israel stage. His appearance is anticipated to spark thought-provoking conversations about the ideological battles facing Israel, America and the West.

“Defending Israel today is not just about geography; it is about civilization,” he said. “The future of the free world depends on our willingness to stand up for truth and stand with the Jewish people.”

A senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and author of bestselling titles, including On Democracies and Death Cults, The War on the West, The Madness of Crowds and The Strange Death of Europe, Murray is recognized globally for his fearless critiques of media bias and double standards toward Israel. His voice has become indispensable in the global conversation around Jewish identity, security and sovereignty.

The Global Conference for Israel will gather a diverse coalition of philanthropists, college students, rabbis, policymakers, educators and Israel supporters under the banner: Unite for Israel’s Future. With more than 100 sessions and immersive experiences, the multi-day event offers a unique opportunity to connect with changemakers shaping the Zionist movement’s next chapter.

Murray joins a powerhouse roster of speakers and changemakers, including:

  • Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.)
  • International broadcaster and advocate Erin Molan
  • Israeli diplomat Ambassador Ido Aharoni Aronoff
  • Released Hamas hostage Omer Shem Tov
  • Former NBA All-Star Eddy Curry
  • Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Famer Nick Lowery
  • Nova Music Festival survivor Ofri Reiner
  • Comedians, including Mario Adrion and Joel Chasnoff

Attendees will also hear emotional firsthand accounts from Israelis rebuilding their lives and communities following the Oct. 7, 2023, terrorist attacks, along with updates on Jewish National Fund-USA’s major rebuilding efforts in Israel’s north and south.

“Douglas Murray is a moral compass in an increasingly confused world,” said local event chairs Ariel and Josh Deitchman, and Loren and Eric Stein. “His unwavering support for Israel is a call to action for all who care about freedom, truth and justice.”

“This conference is where ideas meet action and where truth is not just spoken but shouted from the rooftops,” added national conference co-chair Ken Segel. “With Douglas Murray on stage, we can promise attendees an unforgettable, galvanizing experience.”
