Israeli air defenses on Wednesday afternoon intercepted a rocket launched at Israeli border towns by terrorists in the Gaza Strip.

No injuries were reported in the attack, which triggered sirens in Kibbutz Kerem Shalom.

On Monday, Palestinian terrorists fired three rockets from Gaza, with one scoring a direct hit in the southern border city of Sderot, causing minor damage to a home. Another projectile was intercepted and the third projectile fell in an open area, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

Monday morning’s rocket fire marked the tenth attack from the Strip in 11 days, with Sunday being the only day without alerts.
