Hezbollah continued its daily rocket, missile and drone launches from Lebanon at northern Israel on Thursday, setting off sirens across the Galilee.

A 49-year-old man was lightly wounded on his way to a protected area during a barrage on the Upper Galilee on Thursday afternoon and rocket alerts were activated in Nahariya and Acre, with dozens of interceptions reported.

A rocket from Lebanon struck in an open area near Jenin in northern Samaria. No sirens were sounded and there were no injuries or damage reported.

In a 40-rocket barrage at northern border communities, a house in Moshav Margaliot sustained a direct hit. No casualties were reported.

Kiryat Shmona was again targeted on Thursday, after two Israelis were murdered in the city by a Hezbollah rocket attack on Wednesday. The fatalities were identified as Revital Yehud, 45, and Dvir Sharvit, 43.

They were reportedly walking their three dogs and unable to reach a shelter in time. The dogs were also killed.

Yehud had just recovered from cancer, while Sharvit was a pastry chef in the Galilee, according to reports.

Sharvit’s father, Morris, talked about his son in an interview with Channel 12 on Thursday, saying that “this is a war for the survival of the people of Israel, we have no alternative.”

Iran’s Lebanese terror proxy launched 360 rockets and other projectiles at Israeli territory on Wednesday, with 220 crossing the border, according to the IDF.

In addition to the two killed in Kiryat Shmona, six people were wounded in the Haifa Bay area when Hezbollah fired some 40 rockets at the Upper Galilee and Haifa area in the morning hours.

Later in the day, the Iranian proxy launched a barrage of some 200 rockets at the Galilee, hitting a residence in Safed.

The IAF destroyed the launcher from which the projectiles were fired.

Also on Wednesday, an Israeli Navy missile ship intercepted a drone outside of Israeli territory that was approaching from Lebanon.

The Iranian-backed terror army began near-daily rocket and drone attacks in support of Hamas on Oct. 8, the day after the Gaza-based terror group initiated a war by invading the northwestern Negev.

Hezbollah has launched more than 12,400 rockets, missiles and drones at Israel over the past year, killing more than 40 people and causing widespread damage.

“These movements don’t stop with a boycott. We know where this is going, and that’s why we are going to get out ahead of it,” an attorney at the center told JNS.
On May 9, vandals spray-painted antisemitic symbols and Bible references on the Waukesha County memorial, which includes a steel beam from the World Trade Center.
“I’m not sure we should make the deal if they don’t sign,” the U.S. president said at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday. “I think they owe that to us.”
The protest was “a powerful show of solidarity,” Jayne Zirkle of the Lawfare Project told JNS. “To condemn people for attending such an event is to condemn the very principles of freedom our nation was founded on.”
“If publicly-funded institutions cannot host such events without folding to pressure, serious questions arise about that funding,” a Jewish House of Lords member said.
The attacks followed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s announcement on Tuesday that the IDF is deepening its operations in Lebanon.
